Non-members must complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the Offer.
During the Promotional Period, each Member is entitled to receive (i) a HKD100 voucher (“Voucher”) upon purchase at the Lane Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online Store for HKD2,000 or more in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”); (ii) a HKD150 voucher (“Voucher”) upon purchase at the Lane Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online Store for HKD3,000 or more in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”); and (iii) a HKD300 voucher (“Voucher”) upon purchase at the Lane Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online Store for HKD5,000 or more in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”).
Each Member can only receive a maximum of five Vouchers per transaction per day.
Lane Crawford Rewards Points are accrued in respect of the value of the relevant transaction amount net of all applicable discounts.
Only purchase of full price beauty and wellness products can count towards an Eligible Transaction.
The Vouchers can only be used for purchases at the Lane Crawford stores & Lane Crawford Online Store subsequent to the relevant Eligible Transaction earning the Vouchers.
The Vouchers can only be redeemed for purchase at the Lane Crawford stores or the Lane Crawford Online Store as follows: (i) one $100 Voucher can be redeemed with a minimum spend of HKD1,000 or more in one single transaction; (ii) one $150 Voucher can be redeemed with a minimum spend of HKD1,500 or more in one single transaction; (iii) one $300 Voucher can be redeemed with a minimum spend of HKD3,000 or more in one single transaction; and (iv) only one Voucher can be used for each transaction.
The Vouchers can be used for purchases for all full price products excluding Apple, Samsung, fashion consignment brands & concession products at the Lane Crawford stores & Lane Crawford Online Store.
For an Eligible Transaction made at the Lane Crawford stores, Voucher for use from February 12 to 28, 2021 will be printed on the relevant receipt and must be used by presenting the original receipt.
For an Eligible Transaction made at the Lane Crawford Online Store, the relevant Member will receive an email for the Voucher for use from February 12 to 28, 2021 within 7 days after the Eligible Transaction.
The Vouchers can be used by anyone as long as the relevant original receipt or the email is presented. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
Merchandise purchased at the Lane Crawford stores in association with
the Offer and/or other promotion are subject to Lane Crawford’s Return and Exchange Policy. If return or exchange took place, the relevant Members will be
required to return the Vouchers associated to the Eligible

Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) is not responsible
if any Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no
replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
The Offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used
for any commercial, resale or promotional purposes. Customers who
violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all
its rights to take legal actions.

Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries
and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who
is not a contracting party to this Offer has no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of
Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Offer.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding
company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong for settlement.
