• Stretch Mark Expert: Place hands in a triangle on the stomach. Move them from top to bottom, without lifting them off, over the whole stomach and navel area. Can also be applied on thighs, midriff and breasts, using gentle circular motions
• Exfoliating Body Scrub: Massage onto damp or dry skin 1-2 times per week, concentrating on rough areas such as elbows, knees, feet and thighs. Rinse thoroughly
• Tonic Body Treatment Oil: Use on damp or dry skin after Exfoliating Body Scrub, apply a small amount and massage in gently from ankle to waist. If possible, wash with cool water after application
• Energizing Emulsion: To apply, start on the arch of the foot and work up to mid-thigh
• UV Plus SPF 50: Apply on your face and neck after day cream and before make-up
• Multi-Active Day Cream: Apply every morning to a clean face and neck with light pressing motions, working from the centre of the face outwards
