HOW TO APPLY
- Can be used wet or dry, depending on the desired intensity
- Charlotte recommends her easy-to-use Prime-Enhance-Smoke-Define 4-step application ritual
- First, use the Prime shade to gild the eye with a shimmering veil of rose champagne colour
- Then, blend the soft glitter rustic rose Enhance shade across the lid for rosy, eye-enhancing definition
- Apply the rich taupe Smoke shade to the eye crease and along the upper and lower lash-lines using an Eye Smudger Brush
- Apply the matte black Define shade into the eye crease and along the upper and lower lash-lines for a smokey, seductive finish
