1. Promotion Period is from November 25, 2015 to January 3, 2016, both days inclusive (“Period”) at the Fortnum & Mason outpost in Pacific Place Mall only. During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase the selected Fortnum & Mason hampers (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to receive a Fortnum & Mason luggage tag, while stocks last. Each selected hamper is to come with one luggage tag only.
2. Eligible Transaction includes: Fortnum & Mason Red Wine Hamper, Fortnum & Mason Champagne Hamper and Fortnum & Mason Everyday Hamper only.
3. The promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the promotion.
4. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Fortnum & Mason luggage tag.
5. The Fortnum & Mason luggage tag offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
6. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
