Customers who spend HK$3,000 net or above in a maximum of five transactions on beauty products (collectively referred to as an “Eligible Transaction”) at the same Lane Crawford Store on the same day or HK$3,000 net or above in one single transaction on beauty products (“Eligible Transaction”) at Online Store will receive a complimentary The Beauty Canvas beauty pouch and a Charlotte Tilbury deluxe sample(“Gift”) (collectively referred to as “Promotion”).
Customers who spend HK$1,800 net or above in one single transaction on beauty products (“Eligible Transaction”) at Online Store will receive a complimentary Charlotte Tilbury deluxe sample (“Gift”) (collectively referred to as “Promotion”).
Customers can receive the Gift at the Lane Crawford Store where the Eligible Transaction was made by presenting the original receipt of the Eligible Transaction.
Proof of purchase of the Eligible Transaction must be shown upon request by our staff.
Customers who made the Eligible Transaction at the Online Store will receive the Gift via the same delivery/collection method.
Only 10,000 Gifts are available and they will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Each customer is only entitled to two Gifts per Eligible Transaction per day.
Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
This Promotion is available to Lane Crawford Beauty+ Programme members and Privilege Card members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Beauty+ program or Privilege Card to qualify for the Promotion.
The Gift cannot be exchanged for money or sold for commercial purposes.
Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Gift. In the case of refunds or exchanges permitted under the law, in order to proceed further, customers have to return the beauty product(s) together with the Gift received from the Eligible Transaction.
