This mobile application (the “App”) is operated by LUXE City Guides. Throughout the app, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUXE City Guides. LUXE City Guides offers this app, including all information, tools and services available from this app to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

4. Service charges and roaming data charges apply when you update content and open in-app browser. Roaming data charges vary between different roaming destinations.
5. With each purchase, the guide comes with free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.
