1. There are two promotions at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (individually as “Lane Crawford Store”, collectively as “Lane Crawford Stores”) and online at lanecrawford.com (“Online Store”).
2. The first promotion is from Sept 21 to Oct 8, 2017, both days inclusive (“Period”):
   
   • Tier 1: Customers will receive a HK$100 Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher (“Voucher”) for every HK$3,000 net that they spend on beauty products (“Eligible Transaction”) at Lane Crawford Stores or Online Store; or
   • Tier 2: Customers will receive a HK$200 Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher (“Voucher”) for every HK$5,000 net that they spend on beauty products (“Eligible Transaction”) at Lane Crawford Stores or Online Store (collectively as “Promotion A”).
3. The second promotion is from Sept 29 to Oct 8, 2017, both days inclusive (“Period”):
   
   • Tier 3: Customers who purchase every HK$10,000 net or above in one single transaction on beauty products (“Eligible Transaction”) at Lane Crawford Stores or Online Store will be entitled to receive a HK$200 Lane Crawford Shopping Voucher (“Voucher”) and a complimentary Saint Algue Demeliss PRO (“Gift”) (collectively as “Promotion B”).
4. Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Beauty+ or Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
5. For Promotion A, each customer is only entitled to one Voucher per Eligible Transaction. Each customer can only redeem a maximum of five Vouchers per day during the Period; for Promotion B, each customer is only entitled to one Voucher and one Gift per Eligible Transaction. Each customer can only redeem a maximum of one Voucher and Gift per day during the Period.
6. Customers can receive the Voucher(s) and Gift at the applicable Lane Crawford Store where the Eligible Transaction was made by presenting all original receipts of the Eligible Transaction during the Period.
7. Customers can only use the Voucher for their next purchase and not in the same Eligible Transaction.

8. Proof of purchase of the Eligible Transaction must be shown upon request by our staff.
9. Customers who made the Eligible Transaction at the Online Store will receive the Gift via the same delivery/collection method; and/or receive the Voucher by email in the form of a hyperlink within 7 days.
10. Only 1,250 units of Gifts are available. The Gifts will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis.

11. Lane Crawford may offer a replacement Gift to the customer during the Period should the Gift be found faulty not due to the following reasons: including but not limited to willful act, misuse, abuse, negligence, omission, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, accident (including shock, impact, dropping, water/liquid or sand) and etc. The replacement Gift will be subject to Lane Crawford’s stock availability as mentioned in the clause above and may not be offered to the customers on the same day as the return of the faulty Gift; Lane Crawford assumes no responsibility for the Gift after the Period. Should customers need any repair, maintenance or assistance after the Period, they shall contact the Gift’s manufacturer directly and they are subject to the Gift’s manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
12. The Promotion is exclusive to Lane Crawford Beauty+ Programme members and Privilege Card members only. Non-members must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Beauty+ Programme or Privilege Programme to qualify for the Promotion.

13. Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the rights to replace the Gift with another item of similar value and also amend or cancel the promotions without prior notice to customers.

14. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transaction which have been made to redeem the Vouchers and/or Gift. Where refunds and exchanges are permitted under the law, if after refunds and exchanges the transaction value does not qualify as the original Eligible Transaction tier (e.g. before the refunds/exchanges the transaction is not in Tier 3), customers need to return the Gift and Voucher(s) issued in the original Eligible Transaction together with the product(s). In addition, even if the transaction after refunds/exchanges still satisfies a different Tier level, customers are not entitled to the Gift and/or Voucher of that new Tier level.
15. The Gift must be returned with the beauty products with which they were purchased and/or delivered in order for an exchange or refund to be made.
16. Online purchases made at Lane Crawford Online Store are subject to Lane Crawford’s Returns policy. Please visit lanecrawford.com for more details. All images are for reference only, if any.
17. The Voucher(s) and Gift cannot be exchanged for cash. The Gift cannot be exchanged for any products or services.

18. This Promotion is intended for personal purchases and not for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited in writing.
19. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
20. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

The Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) HK$100 and $200 Shopping Voucher (“Voucher”) is redeemable by the customer upon presentation of the original receipts for goods / services purchased only in Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (“Lane Crawford Stores”); and/or redeemable by the customer upon activating the hyperlink provided by email after making the Eligible Transaction made online at lanecrawford.com (“Online Store”), on or before October 31, 2017.
2. The Voucher cannot be used on the following items: Lane Crawford Gift Cards, sale items, Apple, Samsung, Rimowa and selected consignment products.
3. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lane Crawford promotional offers, except for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme 10% discount.
4. Each Voucher can only be used on one product.
5. The Voucher must be redeemed for its full value in one transaction. Should the Voucher value exceed the item/transaction value, no change will be given to the customer.
6. The transaction cannot be used to redeem another Voucher or exchanged for cash.
7. The customer may use more than one Voucher in one transaction. There is no limitation on the number of Vouchers a customer can use per day.
8. Lane Crawford is not responsible or liable for any Voucher that is used without the customer’s permission.
9. Lane Crawford is not liable for and will not replace any lost, stolen, defaced, expired or damaged Voucher once issued.
10. Lane Crawford will not accept a photocopy or any form of copy of the Voucher for payment.
11. Returns, refunds or exchanges of goods and services purchased with the Voucher are not accepted, except for defective goods.
12. This Voucher may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) in writing.
