HOW TO APPLY
- Apply all over the lid with a blender brush
- Then apply in the inner corner of eyes with a shadow brush
- Light smudge into lower lash line with an eyeliner brush or small shadow brush
- Lightly apply and blend under brow bone with a shadow brush
- For a more defined eye, apply upper lash line with an eyeliner brush
