HOW TO APPLY
- Using the thin end of the applicator, gently stretch the pencil outwards for a defined look
- Alternatively, use the flat side to smudge and blend, eliminating any gaps between lashes
- For upper lid application, apply the liner from the outside of the eye and work inwards, creating a thicker line on the outer third with better control
