• To attach: Push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into place
• To remove: Grip the massage head firmly, then pull and twist counter-clockwise. Pull away from handle
• Wash massage head once a week with warm water and mild anti-bacterial soap
• For best results, replace massage head every 3 months
