60ml D1 Gin
30ml 5 Citrus Juice (Calamansi, Yuzu, Lime, Grapefruit, Bergamot)
25ml Tonic Syrup
45ml Cold Passion Fruit Tea
Dehydrated grapefruit, lime wheel slice and fresh rosemary incense for garnish
Pour the gin, citrus, syrup and tea into a shaker –
in that order
Pack with four standard ice cubes
Shake thoroughly and then strain into a pre-chilled glass
Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice, dehydrated lime wheel and a lightly torched rosemary incense
