Gaile Lok’s Transitional Skincare Tips

For model and actress Gaile Lok, it is the constant travel that is her biggest challenge. “One day I’m in Hong Kong, the next I’m in Thailand and next week in fact, I’ll be heading to San Francisco. Travelling from one extremely humid climate to an extremely hot but dry one can wreak havoc on your skin,” says the cover girl who has been in front of the camera since the age of 14.

Here, she shares what her top tips for dealing with changing climates for when you’re on the go or when the seasons change.

“It doesn’t stop just with what you put on your skin, maintaining great skin through the seasons also means you have to take care what you put into your body. I try to eat as healthy as possible, even if I occasionally indulge in pizza, and try to have a balanced but holistic wellness approach.”
