On positive energy
I am a huge believer in the power of positive thoughts and energy and I often call upon them in life. I always talk about the power of visualisation. Visualise what you want and don’t give up until you get it... dare to dream it, dare to believe it, dare to do it! It’s so important to have a single-minded focus. You need to be professional, dedicated and hard-working to make it in the industry, but most of all you need to have fun - to be successful you need to love what you do.

On confronting obstacles
One of my golden rules is, “Life is not linear. Don’t believe in negatives, if you listen to your intuition, and read the signs of life, it will ALWAYS lead you to a positive. Don’t give up!” Throughout my life I have learnt how important hard work and self-belief are - it’s often just our insecurities that stop and block us.

On enhancing her feel good mood
Spending time with my gorgeous husband George and my two wonderful boys Flynn and Valentine. Every year I take time off in August and we travel to Ibiza. It’s where I grew up and where my parents still live. It’s where I go to relax, unwind and it recharges my batteries. Family, friends, music, parties and dancing ‘til late, it’s my magic fuel!
